Our recruitment process is carefully designed to
achieve the highest possible standards in the most efficient manner.

1. Need assessment
Before we start the search/recruitment process, we work closely with
our client to understand client’s business, corporate structure,
culture and its history and the current job requirements.

2. Job specifications
We will determine the profile of the job specification, candidate’s
qualification and experience, confirm compensation package, reporting lines
and roles and responsibilities of the candidate.

3. Search Process
We identify, validate and shortlist suitable prospective candidates as per client's requirements.
We brief the candidates about the client, scope of work, proposed compensation package
and the nature of employment.

4. Candidate presentation
We present the short listed candidates to the client for review and further short
listing of the candidates for the interview. We will schedule interviews for the client.

5. Interview & follow up
We facilitate the entire interview process and also assist our client in
negotiating/structuring the compensation package and benefits for the selected
candidate(s) and finally establish start date.

6. Transition Management
We maintain a regular contact with the candidates till they join the client.
We will closely keep in touch with the client and the newly hired candidates
to ensure smooth transition.
